Cable power armored VEVBbShv 1,2 kV; 6 kV

Description:
The VEVBbShv cable is a copper cable with polyvinyl chloride insulation, a shield made of copper tape, armor made of two steel plates and a hose made of polyvinyl chloride. It belongs to the class of mine, power, fixed connection. Depending on the voltage withstood, there are two types: 1200 volts and 6000 volts AC voltage with a frequency of 50 Hz.

    Construction:
    Conductive cores – Copper multi-wire twisted round or sector 2 class DSTU.
    Insulation – polyvinyl chloride plastic.
    Screen on top of insulation – Copper tape.
    Earthing core – Round copper multi-wire twisted without insulation or split, consisting of several wires.
    Auxiliary cores – Round copper multi-wire twisted, insulation and sheath of polyvinyl chloride plastic, screen made of copper tape.
    Belt insulation on top of a twisted core – PVC plastic.
    Protective cover type BBShv – Armor from two steel tapes, a protective hose from polyvinylchloride plastic. For cables with the index “HC” under and over the armor of steel tape applied non-woven waterproofing tape.

    Scope:
    It is intended for transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary mine networks on nominal voltage of 1,2 and 6 kV of alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz at ambient temperature from minus 30 ° C to plus 50 ° C and relative humidity of 100% at a temperature of 35 ° C at laying them on horizontal and inclined workings of mines and on wells on a suspension bracket to a cable. It is used for laying in dry and wet production rooms, on special cable trays, in blocks, and also for laying in the open air.
