Description:
Power cable brand VBbShvng-ls- (aka VBbShvngd) is a copper cable, power, armored with low smoke and gas emission, flame retardant. Designed for the transportation of AC and DC electrical energy with a voltage of 0.66 to 1.0 kV and a frequency of 50 Hz to its various consumers (objects).

    The main advantage of this cable is the presence in it of special protective armor for the electrical part of the cable against the effects on it of various mechanical and corrosive environments in the places of its laying by open or underground methods. Such places are: metro stations, tunnels, underground mines, mines, all kinds of canals, collectors, cable half-floors, industrial dry and damp (even partially flooded) premises, etc.
    The most demanded cable in this nomenclature, VBbShv with section 3×16, 3×25, 3×35, 3×50, 3×70, 3×95, 3×120, 3×150, 3×185, 3×240, 4×16, 4×25, 4×35, 4×50, 4×70, 4×95, 4×120, 4×240 depends on the price from two factors this is the cross-section of the core and the diameter.

    B – insulation made of non-combustible PVC plastic compound with reduced smoke emission.
    B – armor made of galvanized steel strips.
    b – without a pillow, which is the inner part of the protective cover, imposed under the armor in order to protect the element under it from corrosion and mechanical damage by the armor strips.
    Shv – sheath made of PVC compound with low fire hazard with low gas emission during combustion.
    ng – does not spread combustion.
    LS – reduced smoke emission during combustion.

    Design:
    Armored cable VBbShvngd is made of a round copper conductor, both single-wire and multi-wire, covered with an insulating layer of polyvinyl chloride plastic, as well as steel armor tapes, and another layer of PVC as an outer coating. Apart from tensile loads, the armored cable has high resistance and reliability in relation to mechanical stress and the influence of the external environment.

    VBbShv with the index “ngd” means that the cable does not support combustion and does not spread smoke. Due to this feature, which appeared in connection with a special technology for the production of the sheath and outer coating of the cable, VBbShv is used in places with an increased risk of fire, in baseboard ducts and boxes, in plastic corrugated pipes and for arranging wiring inside walls and through ceilings.

    Application area:
    VBbShv cable allows electrical internal networks in office buildings, residential premises, industrial complexes, and external networks in the ground and special trenches, along the walls of structures and buildings, in metal pipes and plastic ducts. Due to its high protection rates, VBbShv can be installed in places with an increased risk of mechanical damage, or where the atmosphere is polluted with dust or chemicals. High air humidity is also not a hindrance to the operation of an armored cable – it can withstand humidity up to 98%, while not corroding. The service life of the VBbShv cable is up to 30 years without repair or replacement.

    It is used for laying in soil (in trenches) with any level of corrosive activity, regardless of the presence of stray currents. It is the steel armor that allows the cable to be used in an aggressive environment and in conditions of mechanical stress. It is used in dry and damp rooms, in underground structures, partially flooded buildings with various corrosive conditions. And also outdoors, in unstable ground conditions, if the cable is not subjected to significant tensile forces. It can be used for laying in fire hazardous and explosive areas, since it does not ignite in a single laying
