AVVGng is a power cable with aluminum conductive conductors, PVC-compound insulation, with an outer sheath of low-flammability PVC-compound. Designed for transmission and distribution of electrical energy in stationary installations for alternating voltage 0.6 / 1 kV with a frequency of 50 Hz.
Conductive aluminum conductor, single-wire round or multi-wire round, flexibility classes 1 or 2. For four-core cables, conductors with a cross-section of 70–240 mm2 can be sector-shaped;
Insulation – flame retardant PVC compound. Core insulation marking is color (solid or stripe) or digital. Insulated conductors of multicore cables are twisted into a core;
Sheath – flame retardant PVC compound.

A – the core is made of aluminum.
V – vinyl insulation.
V – vinyl shell.
G – has no protective cover (naked).
ng – insulation and sheath are made of plastic compound with reduced fire hazard.
The cable is suitable for laying in dry and damp rooms, in tunnels, collectors, on cable racks, etc. In addition, due to the use of light-heat-resistant PVC of low flammability, it is allowed to lay the cable outdoors, but without direct sunlight.
The cable is not recommended for laying in trenches. It is capable of self-extinguishing both in single and in beam laying, therefore it is used in places with high fire safety requirements.
The temperature difference at which the cable can be used ranges from –50 ° С to + 50 ° С. The maximum permissible heating of the conductive core should not exceed + 70 ° С (excluding time). Although in abnormal situations, the core can withstand heating up to + 80 ° C. The duration of operation of the cable in emergency mode should not exceed 8 hours (per day), and not more than 1000 hours for the service life.
The mode of admissible temperatures for cable installation without preliminary heating varies from –15 ° С to + 50 ° С. And when the ambient temperature is less than -15 ° C, it will be necessary to preheat the cable before laying.
