Description:
AVEVBbShv cable is a high-voltage armored power cable with aluminum conductors, with PVC insulation in a PVC sheath, for a rated voltage of 6000 volts. Mainly used in underground workings of mines for horizontal, inclined and vertical laying.
Design:
Conductive conductors – Aluminum stranded twisted round or sector (class 2 according to DSTU).
Insulation – Polyvinylchloride compound.
Screen over insulation – Copper tape.
Grounding conductor – Round copper stranded, twisted without insulation or split, consisting of several wires (class 2 according to DSTU).
Belt insulation over the twisted core – Polyvinylchloride compound.
Protective cover type BbShv – Armor made of two steel tapes (BbShv), protective hose made of polyvinylchloride compound.

Application area:
AVEVBbShv-6 kV cable is designed for transmission and distribution of electrical energy in stationary networks for a rated voltage of 6 kV at a frequency of 50 Hz at an ambient temperature of minus 30 °C to plus 50 °C and a relative humidity of 98% at a temperature of plus 35 °C, when laying them along horizontal and inclined workings of mines and along wells suspended from a cable and vertical workings of mines that are not hazardous in terms of gas and dust when laid alone and when laid in bundles. Laying and operation – in the ground (in trenches) with low corrosive activity, where protection against mechanical damage is required without significant tensile forces.
