Description:
AVBbShvng-LS is an aluminum armored cable, which is analogous to the AVBbShv power cable with the only difference – the external insulation of polyvinyl chloride plastic, which does not spread combustion when laying the cable in bundles (denoted by the index NG). Used to transmit electricity from industrial production.

    Construction:
    Conductive core: aluminum, twisted or single-wire.
    Insulation: polyvinyl chloride plastic
    Belt insulation: polyvinyl chloride plastic.
    Armor: steel of two tapes.
    Protective hose: polyvinyl chloride plastic that does not support combustion and with low smoke and gas emissions.

    Application area:
    The AVBbShvng-LS cable is intended for transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary installations on nominal voltage of 0,66 kV and 1 kV of frequency of 50 Hz. Used on sites where non-proliferation of combustion is required during group laying and low emission of smoke and corrosive gases during combustion and decay.
    This conductor is used mainly when laying in external electrical installations and overpasses. They can be used in rooms with high humidity and fire hazard, in explosive areas. In soil and under water, the cable is laid in pipes or cable ducts that protect it from mechanical loads. When laying in the air, the cable must be attached to the supporting cable, which eliminates the action of tensile forces.

    Tape armor and plastic hose provide the cable with reliable protection against various mechanical damage, except for tensile forces. The product may be used in soils with corrosion activity up to high, in partially flooded buildings, in dry and wet areas. It is used where low smoke is required when igniting a cable line.
